The Wooden Horse (Ahşap At) is a famous trick used by the Greeks during the Trojan War in ancient Greece. According to legend, the Greeks had been fighting the Trojans for years with neither side gaining an advantage. In desperation, the Greeks decided to build a large wooden horse as a gift to the Trojans and place soldiers inside it.
The Trojans saw the horse as a peace offering and brought it into their city. At night, when the Trojans had gone to sleep, the Greek soldiers hidden in the horse crept out and opened the city gates, allowing the rest of the Greek army to enter and conquer Troy.
The story of the Wooden Horse has been retold in literature, theater, and film over the years, and it has become a symbol of deceit and cunning in warfare. It is also often referred to as the "Trojan Horse" in popular culture.
